How long will it take to receive my order?
- We process and ship all orders in 1-4 business days from the time you placed your order. Upon shipment, you are emailed your tracking number! It will then take 2-5 business days to get to you! Or up to 15 if you are international.
May I get a tracking number?
- Yes, all orders include tracking! It is sent to your email you provided us, the night your order is shipped out.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
- Yes! You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and when your order is dispatched. This means it's on its way to you! Included in that email is your tracking number. :)

What is your return policy?
Princess Essentials maintains a 30 day return policy for all non-clearance items. Clearance items are for final purchase only - no returns or exchanges. Any non-clearance items received after 30 days will not be refunded. Due to the attractive pricing of our items, Princess Essentials supports a $7.50 restocking fees for all returns – no exceptions. Once we receive a returned item, we will provide a refund within 7 to 14 days which will be less the restocking fee amount of $7.50. Princess Essentials will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return items. Please provide any returns to the address below:
